She also enjoys playing dodge ball with the other girls. When Marya grows up she wants to be a farmer. Her favorite foods to eat are plantains and sweet bread. She loves to ask everyone for bread. Marya is a special needs child and has several medical issues. Her caretakers describe her as being very disciplined and she is always helping to wash clothes for her younger brothers. Marya does not attend school.
